Position Overview – Company Secretary

The Company Secretary will serve as a key link between the Board of Directors, management, shareholders, and other stakeholders. The role involves ensuring that the Board operates in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and that governance standards are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Board procedures comply with corporate laws and regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

  • Member of a recognized body of professional accountants OR
  • Member of a recognized body of corporate/chartered secretaries OR
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Law from an HEC‑recognized university.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of post‑qualification experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Company Secretary in a reputable organization.
