1. Middle Management – Portfolio & Pricing
Education: Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. Experience: 5–7 years in pricing strategy, portfolio management, or financial analysis. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize product portfolios.
2. Middle Management – Incharge Warehouse
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field. Experience: 5+ years in warehouse operations and inventory control. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee warehouse operations and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage staff and workflow efficiency.
3. Junior Management – Sales (South)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Experience: 2–4 years in sales, preferably in the southern region of Pakistan. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth in the southern region.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
4. Middle Management – Environmental Social Governance (ESG)
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, or related field. Experience: 4–6 years in ESG, CSR, or sustainability projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ESG initiatives and sustainability projects.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Prepare ESG reports for stakeholders.
5. Middle Management – Product Development
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Product Design, or related field. Experience: 5+ years in product development and innovation. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new product design and development.
- Coordinate with R&D, marketing, and production teams.
- Monitor product performance and market feedback.
