🧭 Role Overview – Enumerator
Tabadlab is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Enumerators to support a baseline data collection project in Khairpur, Sindh. This role involves conducting household and school surveys, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring ethical standards throughout the research process.
📌 Eligibility Criteria
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Education, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory with relevant experience)
- 📊 Prior experience in data collection, field research, or surveys (especially in education-related studies)
- 🗣️ Strong communication skills and fluency in Sindhi and Urdu; basic English comprehension is a plus
- 📱 Familiarity with digital data collection tools (e.g., tablets, mobile-based survey apps)
- 🚗 Willingness to travel across urban and rural areas of Khairpur district
- ✅ Commitment to ethical research protocols, including informed consent and safeguarding procedures
